Dan O. Kelly, B.Sc. Mgmt, FCIArb, Attorney-at-Law, is Partner at D.O. Kelly & Associates, Attorneys-at-Law. He has been a practicing Attorney-at-Law, in Jamaica, since 1976.

Dan has considerable experience in several aspects of law, including corporate law and business development, real estate, litigation and industrial relations and arbitration.

He has served as a Director on various Public and Private Sector Boards, including The Local Government Services Commission, The National Water Commission, Caribbean Mariculture Products Limited, Jamaica Trade & Invest, Jamaica Agriculture Development Foundation, Carlong Publishers (Caribbean) Limited and Goodwill Farms Limited.

Dan holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, a Solicitor's Qualifying Examination Certificate from the Law Society of England & Wales, an Advanced Mediation Certificate from The Dispute Resolution Foundation, Jamaica, and a Diploma in International Arbitration. Dan is a Supreme Court appointed Mediator Arbitration and has conducted several arbitrations in diverse civil matters. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. 

Dan is a member of the Jamaica Bar Association, the Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council of Jamaica and Kingston Cricket Club. He holds an interest in sheep rearing and is a member of the Jamaica Sheep Farmers Association Limited.
