Richard A. Lake is an Entrepreneur and CEO of a number of companies with interests in Development, Construction and Quick Serve Restaurants. For over 30 years, Richard, has been recognized as a leader and major contributor to the development of Jamaica’s construction industry and, among other accolades, was awarded the prestigious Prime Minister’s Medal for Contribution to Low Cost Housing.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of the Waterloo. He has served on several boards of both public and private entities, including Aerocon Construction Limited, BRC Steel Limited, Caymanas Track Limited, Freight Management Limited., Island Homes Limited., Restaurant Associates Limited and the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica. He is also a Past President of the Incorporated Masterbuilders’ Association of Jamaica.
